Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality sales presentations and consult over 100% inbound phone calls.
- Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, MedSupp, PDP options, and ancillary sales.
- Use active listening and high emotional intelligence to build instant rapport with seniors.
- Accurately enroll clients using our electronic tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Retention Support Team for a seamless post-sale hand-off.
What You Bring to the Table
- Licensing: Active Health Insurance License (Required).
- Certifications: Current AHIP Certification (Required, or willing to obtain immediately).
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to connect genuinely with seniors.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday (Standard Business Hours).
- Optional weekend hours during AEP/OEP for maximum earning potential.
